This notice explains how MORE. Creative Studio ("we", "us" or "our") handles information when you visit morecreativestudio.com, join a product waitlist, send an enquiry, or contact us for support. It is separate from local data processing performed by our browser extensions.
Information you provide
A waitlist submission includes your email address and the product you selected. A contact enquiry may include your name, email address, selected service and message. Support email may include your contact details, message, attachments and any diagnostic information you choose to send.
Please do not send passwords, cookie values, authentication tokens or unredacted sensitive information. Bad Cookie does not automatically attach its cookie inventory or assessment results to a support message.
Website and security information
Our hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request and diagnostic information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, date and time, response status and error information. We use this information to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website.
To prevent contact-form abuse, we convert the available IP address into a one-way hash and use it to count submissions in a ten-minute window. The rate-limit record is configured to expire after that window.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics is disabled when no Google Analytics measurement ID is configured. If we enable Google Analytics 4, the site sends page paths without query strings and limited events such as link clicks and successful waitlist or contact submissions. It does not send form values, email addresses or a user ID through our analytics event code.
The analytics configuration disables Google Signals, ad-personalisation signals, cross-domain linking and automatic page views, and limits its first-party analytics cookie to a non-sliding 30-day lifetime. Google may process device, network and usage information under its own privacy terms. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser.
How we use information
- To send the one product-launch message requested through a waitlist.
- To respond to enquiries, support requests, complaints and privacy requests.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and users.
We do not sell personal information or use contact or support content for behavioural advertising.
Service providers and disclosure
We use Vercel for website hosting, Resend for email delivery, and Upstash for durable contact-form rate limiting. If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4. These providers may process information for us under their applicable terms and privacy notices, including in countries outside Australia.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect security or legal rights, or as part of a business reorganisation where permitted by law. We do not permit service providers to use information we give them for unrelated purposes.
Retention and security
We retain enquiries, support correspondence and waitlist records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. Provider logs, backups and service records follow the applicable provider settings and retention terms. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, request deletion where applicable, withdraw from a waitlist, or raise a privacy concern. Contact hello@morecreativestudio.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where law permits or requires it.
Changes
We will update this notice and its date when our practices materially change. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a new use begins.
